attuned to the needs of the learner and of
providing a model by which all learners can

Brain Gym ® is a learning program used by people
of all ages to bring about rapid and often
dramatic improvements in their reading, writing,
language, and numerical skills. Many use this work
to profoundly enhance the quality of their
    attention and concentration, relationships and
    communication, memory and organizational skills,
athletic performance and more! Brain Gym
activities are lively and fun to do, and have been
shown through years of field studies, research
reports and clinical experience to teach learners
the physical skills they need for academic success.
The Brain Gym model is consistent with the latest
findings in neuroscience, which validate that new
neural pathways grow when we move with intention.
