Calendar of Events

Welcome to our Calendar of Events! Throughout
the year, The Arc of Prince George’s County
organizes events that bring our members
together, raise funds, provide training and
    networking opportunities, and increase public
awareness about disability issues and The Arc’s
services. Read about how you can join us at these
    great events.

    Tutoring Services Available.

The One World Center for Autism can now offer
tutoring services at its space in John Carroll
school or (for a small additional fee) tutors can
come to your home. One World has contracted
with a company called EFM to provide this
service, as their mission, is to provide better
services for children with disabilities. Because
of their background in special education, they
hire skilled tutors who are experienced in
working with children with autism and other
disabilities. Offering tutoring in subjects from
high school algebra to preschool, pre-reading
skills, these tutors can also work with your child
who does not have a disability.

If you are interested please call Jan Sullivan,
M.Ed. at 301-618-8395. For more information
and the fee schedule, click here.
