*  Lead Changes Therapy Services, Inc.

Our Goal- LCTS, Inc specializes in aftercare,
helping those who need assistance transitioning
from a one on one fully accessible clinical
environment to full participation in an often
    inaccessible group community setting including
addressing possible physical, cognitive, social and
emotional barriers. A physician’s prescription is
required and a formalized assessment and
treatment plan is conducted according to the
    client and family goals.

    Community Inclusion Service:
Our Community Inclusion staff work one on one
to build specific skills and confidence in a chosen
area of interest in a safe, comfortable setting.
LCTS, Inc therapists then provide the necessary
support 1:1 during the transition into a community
    setting.

    Aquatic Therapy Service:
We offer Aquatic Therapy in both the home and
community settings, going where the client is most
    comfortable and working towards independence
and the ability to continue a healthy lifestyle
    choice.

Also these are current programs we offer:
(New in 2011!) Aquatic BackHab: The BackHab
    program focuses on relearning functional
movement patterns with carryover to activities
of daily living. Progressions are included to
further challenge qualities such as balance,
coordination, endurance, trunk stability and gait.
The program has proven to be ideal for clients
with chronic pain, with shoulder, hip, knee, ankle
and back disorders, and with chronic conditions
such as fibromyalgia, MS, arthritis, asthma,
obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure, and older
adults and those recovering from strokes.

    Community-Based Social Skills Group: A
Recreation Therapist and a Speech Language
Pathologist coach appropriate social skills in a
variety of community settings and assist
    caregivers in fostering independence.
    Aquatic Sensory Integration Group:
A Recreation Therapist and an Occupational
Therapist provide gradual, flexible assistance in
skill development in a community setting for
    those with sensory processing/integration issues.
Rehabilitative Fitness Plans: This service is
geared to those in need of assistance and
guidance in beginning a healthy, safe, and active
lifestyle. Our goal is to address and prevent
    health problems.
