    Lisa Leyden, M.S., CCC-A
    Audiologist

    Lisa Leyden has her Bachelors of Science in
    Hearing and Speech Science and a Masters of
    Science degree in Audiology. With over 13 years
    of experience, Lisa specializes in the assessment,
    evaluation, and treatment of central auditory
    processing disorders. She has an extensive
    background in private practice, clinical
    audiology, as well as school settings. This includes
    individual and group therapy sessions for
    children with developmental, multi-sensory, and
    communication disorders.  

    At Dynamic Development, our mission is to
    develop a comprehensive path that meets your
    child's individual needs by providing expert
    occupational therapy and auditory processing
    evaluations and treatments. We specialize in
    sensory integration, auditory processing,
    communication disorders, and developmental
    delays. We also provide a compassionate and
    emotionally supportive atmosphere that will help
    your child reach his or her full potential.

    Dr. Jay R. Lucker, who is often called dr.j, is a
    certified/licensed audiologist and speech-
    language pathologist. Individuals in these
    professions must complete specific coursework
    and clinical training as well as pass a
    comprehensive certification examination in order
    to be certified by the American Speech-
    Language-Hearing Association, also known as
    ASHA, www.asha.org/public/cert/

    Dr. Lucker is Associate Professor
    Dept. of Communication Sciences & Disorders
    Howard University Speech & Hearing Clinic and
    serves as the President and Chair of the Board of
    the National Coalition on Auditory Processing
    Disorders, Inc. (NCAPD), www.ncapd.org/php/.

    This is an organization dedicated to helping
    people and families affected by auditory and
    language processing disorders. It was through the
    inspiration of a parent of a child who has
    auditory processing problems who consulted and
    worked closely with Dr. Lucker that he and this
    mom developed the NCAPD.
